1. Can I customize the machine with my company's logo or specific design?

Yes, we offer OEM services with professional designers ready to assist you in creating a customized model with your logo and specifications.


2. How can I get a sample for testing before bulk purchase? 
We can supply a sample for testing. For most models, we have them in stock and can provide the sample within 10 days after receiving your payment.
 
 
3. What are your MOQ and lead times? 
Our minimum order quantity is typically 50pcs per model, but we can accommodate smaller quantities. Lead times range from 25-45 days, depending on order volume and specific requests.


4. What payment terms and shipping options do you offer? 
We accept PayPal, T/T, or payments through Alibaba Trade Assurance for samples. For mass production, a 30% deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. We provide various shipping options, including international express, air freight, and sea freight.

6.What is your warranty policy for this product?
